OMG...Before Anyone Gets Too Excited Consider:

In case you're like me, you have/had no idea who this guy is.
This is Lawrence Lessig, and I think he'll be running for the Democrat Nomination for the President of The United States.
Right now it is Sept. 6, the day that he announced apparently.
Honestly, I'm having a fun busy Labor Day, and just swung by my computer to see what's in the news, and to see if I needed to address any emails and the such.

Saw the news about Mr. Lessig, and I've already started shaking my head, no freakin' way.

What the blazes!

  From Wikipedia:

On August 11, 2015, Lessig announced that he had launched an exploratory campaign for the purpose of exploring his prospects of winning the Democratic Party's nomination for President of the United States in the 2016 election.[8][81] Lessig pledged to seek the nomination if he raised $1 million by Labor Day 2015.[81] The announcement was widely reported in national media outlets, and was timed to coincide with a media blitz by the Lessig 2016 Campaign. Lessig was interviewed in The New York Times and Bloomberg. Campaign messages and Lessig's electoral finance reform positions were circulated widely on social media.[81][82] His prospective campaign would focus on a single issue: The Citizen Equality Act, a proposal that couples campaign finance reform with other laws aimed at curbing gerrymandering and expanding voting access.[81] Lessig has said he will not serve a full term if elected because once the Citizen Equality Act becomes law, he plans to resign from office and turn the presidency over to his vice president.[81]
Lessig launched his presidential campaign on September 6, 2015.

Resign after one thing, although a biggie, becomes law, is not the deal he's running for.  He, nor any other candidate gets to run for president and then resign after he's satisfied.
My, my, my...what does that remind me of?

Sounds like a stereotypical man, if you ask me.

No thanks.
