I Want You To Be Happy Day

According to holidayinsights.com, it is I Want You to Be Happy Day.   As I wrote in my Calendar of Crazy Holidays for March, I believe it was created by a mom.

It's late right now, but I hope everyone had a happy day.  I wanted to write more about this day.  About how we define happiness in this day and age, and how the meaning is different for everyone.  Is it more or less as important today as it was 50 years ago?  100 years? What did "happiness" mean to our parents and our grandparents?  Something to think about.

If things go as planned you will see a few new things this week on Sadie's Gathering.  Today I added the photo that you see above.  It is a view of the Louvre from the Seine in Paris, a city that definitely makes me happy, each time I am blessed to visit.  I hope to take my daughters there in a few years and hope they experience the same wonder and awe of this beautiful city.

Just to note; all the photos you see here on Sadie's are mine and all taken by me.

So, to sign off tonight,

Bonne nuit et fais de beaux reves.
