THIS IS JUST TOO GOOD... A Few Words to The RNC

     This has got to be one of the quickest out of the blue posts I've done in the 3+ years that I've been creating and writing Sadie's Gathering.

     What's more, let me make clear that I am under no illusion that many Republicans are going to pop by to read what I have to say. 

     Whether they should or not, is for anyone to say.

     I just saw, that Ted Cruz has selected his VP pick.  It's Carly Fiorina.   So I hope everyone appreciates the darling pink elephant cartoon.  If it doesn't make sense yet, should before too long.

This is just too good...  because if you didn't know, Carly Fiorina... Look! She sings too! 

and that wasn't her first rodeo...

     I'll give her this.  Her singing voice is better than any of the other candidates' singing voices that I've heard.  And yes, I know, she's MIT educated, and has a lot of business experience.  But that's gonna be about it. 

     I honestly wonder what the hell the Cruz campaign is thinking.  

     For starters, Cruz is lagging behind Trump by more delegates and votes than Sanders is lagging behind Clinton. 

     Second, Hillary has the good sense not to name a VP pick until she has won the nomination.  Bernie has the good sense and taste as well.  Heck, Trump is ahead of Cruz by 425 delegates, (more than 1/3 of total delegates needed to secure GOP nomination) and has more than 3.2 million votes than Cruz does.  AND EVEN TRUMP HAS NOT PICKED HIS RUNNING MATE YET.  There's the pink elephant.  If I really wanted to rub in the reality, (which actually I do, but I am restraining myself) I'd share how many more votes that Hillary and Bernie have over Ted.  Not collectively mind you; each of them bests Cruz by more than 2 million votes. 

     So, for him to choose a running mate at this point is beyond ... curious.  

     Best guess, it's a stunt to contend with Trump's winning reputation with the ladies, to which Fiorina had her own round.  

But I certainly hope it's not Cruz's thought that he would appease...I don't know... who??? Women? Men? Those who are miffed about Hillary? Bernie?... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ For most us,  who are in the center, to the way far left... that little stunt that Fiorina did with the bogus videos, is STILL FRESH IN OUR MINDS. 

     Because if they haven't figured out yet, the left and the right elect their candidates for different reasons.   And gender, really doesn't have much to do with it.  

     This may take a little while to get through, so prepare to see the following statement a few times over the next few months. 

     While I don't vote with my vagina, I certainly do vote for it. 

Considering it's the way we all got here, you may want to think about that for a while.

     If you're a Republican, perhaps the folks over at GOP for Choice can explain it to you.
